J.E.A.N.S = love hate relationship

Finding a great pair of a jeans is like finding a best friend. They fit you just right and they are always there for you when you need them the most…big date..celebrations..girls nights..etc

Does anyone else feel that way? Does anyone else have trouble finding a good pair?

I am SUPER picky about jeans probably pickier than I should be but they have to fit just right! so here I am on the search from some new jeans and hoping I can find a few pairs to last me a long time. My favorite pair has officially worn out and deemed unwearable which causes me great sadness but the time had come. Some people have this feeling with shoes or technology or phones or whatever else you name! but this is my feeling with denim

When I find a good pair its just a big relief. Jean shopping sometimes feels like bathing suit shopping..sizes are different in each pair..sometimes i feel fat and think about how to reevaluate my eating plan…sometimes i get discouraged when the pair i want doesnt fit.

but when i find that one pair..or several..its like YES! I did it! you shall be my squishy!

so the search begins…wish me luck :)

About friendships or relationships About future in my career About possibly doing grad school About where to live once we move (apt or house) About starting my goal About how I want to live my life to glorify God

Just that runs through my head everyday and seems like and no matter how much I may cry or whine or be overwhelmed I have to remind myself that God is in control and I am so glad He is!

Matthew 6:34 “therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is it’s own troubles”

It’s a constant struggle to truly put all my worries or fears or just my thoughts all in Christ and give it over to Him having faith that He will place me and lead me and use me to further His kingdom and that in itself is comforting

just go for it

so lately i feel like we’ve had this creative bug going around and everyone wanting to do crafts here and there. well i’ve decided i want to learn how to crochet! and my first goal is to make a scarf but not any scarf..a DOUBLE LOOP scarf

i figured this could be an easy starter for me so i’ll keep you updated on when i actually begin this project and no worries i will start this one

and maybe after the scarf i can try my hand at this..

well i hope this turns into a fun habit :)
